Return & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 14-day return window starting on the day your order is delivered. You don’t need to provide a reason and no penalties apply.

How to start a return

Email us at contact@aurealamp.com stating clearly that you wish to return your order and include your order number.
We’ll reply with the return instructions and the return address.

Conditions for returns

  • Items must be in original condition: unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging (including accessories, manuals, etc.) so they can be resold as new.
  • You are responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what’s necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Original outbound shipping fees are refundable only where required by this policy (see “Refunds” below).

Orders with multiple items

For orders containing multiple items, the 14-day period to notify us of your return runs from the delivery date of the last item in that order.

Refunds

Once you’ve exercised your return right and we’re informed of your decision, Aurea Lamp will refund the amounts paid (including the standard delivery cost you originally paid, if applicable) within 14 days of your notification.
We may delay the refund until we receive the item(s) or until you provide proof of shipment—whichever occurs first.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method.
  • If you selected a premium shipping option that exceeded our standard method, we are not obligated to refund the additional premium.
  • Store credit / gift cards: Purchases paid in whole or in part with store credit or gift cards are refunded back to store credit/gift card (not cash, check, or card).
  • Cash-on-delivery/collect-on-delivery returns are not accepted.

Non-returnable items (common U.S. exceptions)

The following are not eligible for return unless defective on arrival:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Unsealed items that cannot be restocked for hygiene/safety reasons (as applicable)

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel after payment, contact contact@aurealamp.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already shipped, please initiate a return instead.

Damaged or defective on arrival

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at contact@aurealamp.com with photos and your order number. We’ll prioritize an exchange or repair; if that’s not possible, we’ll offer a refund.
