The total time between placing your order and receiving your package is between 6 and 22 business days.

Shipping: your order is prepared and shipped within 2 to 4 business days.

Delivery: transportation then takes 4 to 18 business days, depending on your delivery address.

A tracking link will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package at every stage of its delivery.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to contact our customer service and return the package.

In case of a return, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your package has been received in our warehouses, the refund is processed within a maximum of 10 days.

We are available from Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 6pm, and we usually respond within 24 hours.
