The Aurea Lamp website allows the seller to offer its products for online sale. Accessible 24/7, the ordering platform may, however, be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

ARTICLE 2 – Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the sale of lamps and any associated products on the Aurea Lamp website.

ARTICLE 3 – Scope

The Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed on the website. Customers may consult them at any time. Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

The offers are reserved for private customers acting in a non-professional capacity and who have the legal capacity to purchase.

ARTICLE 4 – Orders

Orders can only be placed through the website. The customer selects the desired products, validates the cart, accepts the T&C, and proceeds with payment.

Once paid, the order is final. An invoice is sent by email upon shipment. The seller retains ownership of the products until full payment is received.

The customer becomes responsible for the products upon delivery.

The T&C may be modified at any time; only those in effect at the time of the order will apply.

ARTICLE 5 – Products, Payment, and Pricing

Products
Items displayed on the website are available while stocks last. Each product is described in detail. Images are non-contractual.

Availability
A product may become unavailable between being added to the cart and finalizing the order. The purchase is only valid after payment has been confirmed.

Payment
Payment is made by credit card (CB, VISA, MASTERCARD) through a secure interface. In the event of fraud, the buyer may contest the charge with their bank within the legal deadlines.

Price
Prices may be modified at any time, but the price applied is the one in effect at the time of order.

Security
The site guarantees the confidentiality of payments and does not store any banking data.

ARTICLE 6 – Withdrawal

The customer has 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise the right of withdrawal. Products must be returned complete, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days via the payment method used.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products (custom-made, unsealed items, etc.) listed in the full T&C.

ARTICLE 7 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer. In case of error or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

The delivery time is as indicated at the time of order. In case of delay, an email notification is sent. The customer may cancel the order if the delay is significant.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the package upon receipt and make any necessary reservations.

ARTICLE 8 – Warranty

All claims must be submitted within 14 days of receipt to: contact@aurealamp.com. The product must be returned complete and in its original condition.

In case of defect, an exchange or repair will be offered as a priority. If not possible, a refund may be considered.

ARTICLE 9 – Liability

Products comply with applicable laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compliance in their country of delivery. The company declines all responsibility for misuse or incidents related to the Internet.

ARTICLE 10 – Intellectual Property

All website content is protected and remains the exclusive property of Gold Folio Equity Limited. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without authorization.

ARTICLE 11 – Personal Data (GDPR)

Personal data collected via forms or cookies are processed to manage orders and improve services. Banking data is never stored.

The data is hosted by the provider mentioned above, in compliance with GDPR. Customers may access, modify, or delete their data upon request.

ARTICLE 12 – Archiving

Order forms and invoices are archived in a reliable and durable manner, serving as proof of the transaction.

ARTICLE 13 – Force Majeure

The company cannot be held responsible in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, outages, etc.).

ARTICLE 14 – Governing Law and Disputes

These T&C are governed by Hong Kong law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Customers may resort to mediation or other alternative dispute resolution methods.
